Return Window
You have 14 days from the day you receive your product to contact us with a return request.
⚠️ Required: Unboxing Video
As a condition for approving any return, a continuous unboxing video from the moment of receipt is required. The video must show the package closed at the start, and the complete opening process. Without a video — returns cannot be approved.
Return Conditions
- Product must be in original condition, unused
- Original packaging must be intact
- Unboxing video required (see above)
- Must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product
Return Process
Send us a message with your order number and unboxing video
We'll review your request and get back to you within 48 hours
After approval, we'll send instructions for returning the product
Refund will be processed within 7-14 business days
Exceptions
Products that have been opened and used, hygiene products, and products purchased in a final sale cannot be returned.
Order Cancellation Policy
VIBEMODO reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion, without the need to provide a reason. In the event of a cancellation by the store, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days. Customers wishing to cancel their order are welcome to contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.
